KM BAG:

This class features a combination of strength training, dynamic flexibility, and heavy bag training. You can expect a class that involves constant movement and concentration; you’re conditioning yourself for the real world, after all, and thinking on your feet is a key part of surviving any altercation. The focus of our punching bag workout for beginners is to emphasize muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance.

KRAV FIT:

Our KravFit classes combine elements of self defense training, striking, and fitness. We utilize a wide range of equipment in this class to give you fun workout that will fly by every time!

STRENGTH + CONDITIONING:

Many people who are interested in CrossFit style workouts fall in love with our Strength + Conditioning classes! We change up the workout in each class with a combination of body weight, kettlebell, jump rope exercises, and more, while offering ample modifications for fitness level or physical limitations. Each class is sure to lift your spirits, with offerings spread out through morning, lunch hour, and evening times.
